The Kidney Foundation of Medina County, Inc. provides assistance and education to persons with kidney disease and their families. Some of the services we offer are:

Reimbursement of Round-Trip Travel to Hemodialysis Treatments
Assistance With Prescription and Insurance Premium Costs
Free Information on Kidney Disease to Medina County Residents
Loaner Cookbooks and Other Materials
Patient Assistance
